Ghost Touch Tester

With this tool you can test the touch screen bug of your Nexus 7 2013 device.

This application only shows you a static picture. That's it. That's enough to demonstrate the touch screen bug.

How to test

1.) Unlock "Developer options"

1.a. Go to the settings menu, and scroll down to "About phone." Tap it.

1.b. Scroll down to the bottom again, where you see "Build number."

1.c. Tap it seven (7) times. After the third tap, you'll see a playful dialogue that says you're four taps away from being a developer. Keep on tapping, and you've unlocked the developer settings.

2.) Activate touch visualisation

2.a. Go into the in 1.) unlocked "Developer options" menu.

2.b. Search for the "Show touches" option and enable it

2.c. From now on, every touch on the screen will be visualized with a little white point on the display.

3.) Start the test by selecting a pattern. The pattern is visualized in the left upper corner. Not all pattern cause fake touches. One pattern can cause fake touches in landscape mode but not in portrait mode or vice versa.

3.a. Look for fake touches

3.b. Touch the display with one finger (one touch point)

3.c. Touch the display with two or more fingers (multiple touch points)

3.d. Try the same pattern in landscape/portrait mode

3.e. Select other pattern (by changing portrait/landscape mode)

Avec cet outil, vous pouvez tester le bug de l'écran tactile de votre appareil Nexus 7 2013.

Cette application vous montre seulement une image statique. C'est tout. C'est suffisant pour démontrer le bug de l'écran tactile.

Comment tester

1). Déverrouiller "Options pour les développeurs»

1.a. Allez dans le menu des paramètres, et descendez à "A propos du téléphone." Touchez-le.

1.b. Faites défiler la liste vers le bas encore, où vous voyez "Créer nombre."

1.c. Touchez-sept (7) fois. Après le troisième robinet, vous verrez un dialogue ludique qui dit que vous êtes quatre robinets loin d'être un développeur. Continuez à taper, et que vous avez déverrouillé les paramètres de développement.

2.) Activer tactile visualisation

2.a. Allez dans le point 1.) Déverrouillé menu "Options pour les développeurs".

2.b. Recherche pour l'option "Afficher les touches" et lui permettre

2.c. A partir de maintenant, chaque pression sur l'écran sera visualisé avec un petit point blanc sur l'écran.

3.) Lancez le test en sélectionnant un modèle. Le modèle est visualisé dans le coin supérieur gauche. Pas tout motif provoquer de faux contacts. Un motif peut provoquer de fausses touches en mode paysage, mais pas en mode portrait ou inversement.

3.a. Recherchez les fausses touches

3.b. Touchez l'écran avec un doigt (un point de contact)

3.c. Appuyez sur l'écran avec deux doigts ou plus (plusieurs points de contact)

3.d. Essayez la même configuration en mode paysage / portrait

3.e. Choisissez une autre configuration (en changeant le mode portrait / paysage)
